Role description
To take a part in the development of Stableton fintech platform and internal toolings, enabling our users to find the most relevant investment opportunities and help them manage their portfolios. It is a growing platform and we are at the very beginning of our journey. Therefore, we expect you to impact system architecture, and design, and apply your knowledge to produce high-quality software.
As Backend Developer, you will:
- Lead the way to scale Stableton platform backend
- Together with the team set the roadmap
- Decompose technical tasks
- Work on new features
- Mentor and coach colleagues to become more effective
- Implement monitoring and observability tooling
- Ownership for every stage in the project, from understanding the problem to monitoring solutions in production
Requirements
What is our technology stack?
- Python, Django (DRF), Redis, FastAPI, Postgres
- AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
- Automated CI/CD for all environments

What is your interview process?
- Intro call (30 minutes).
We will have an online call to get a general alignment if it's worth both investing more time in further conversation. In this call, we will introduce you to the company, and position and will be happy to hear your motivation to apply for this position. - Tech interview (1-2h). In this call will have a deep dive into your experience. We like to hear about your most challenging projects and how you cracked them. Additionally, we will solve some system design problems together to see your problem-solving skills.
- Fit interview (1h). In this part, we will have a non-tech discussion about different situations in our day-to-day work. We would like to see and also for you to learn if our team matches your personality and work style.
