Responsibilities
- Coach agile teams in the methodology;
- Integrate and scale agile methodologies within the company;
- Develop standards and requirements for the agile process;
- Coordinate and supervise scrum masters;
- Provide training to employees on the agile process;
- Help teams navigate agile tools and software;
- Actively participate in scrum ceremonies.
- Lead scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices;
- Help product owners and development teams to achieve customer satisfaction;
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organisation;
- Remove impediments and coach scrum teams on removing impediments;
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework;
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur;
- Help scrum teams achieve higher levels of scrum maturity;
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
Requirements
- Agile practitioner;
- Proven experience in the role of a Scrum Master;
- Experience in implementing and scaling Agile methodologies;
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban;
- Knowledge of SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Nexus, Spotify or similar scaling agile framework;
- Knowledge of agile software development;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Interpersonal skills and patience;
- Fluent in English (Advanced or Proficient).
As an advantage
- Experience in implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum of Scrums or similar scaling agile framework;
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence;
- Good understanding of software development life cycle;
- Technical background;
- Experience in the Fintech domain.
