As an IT front desk specialist you have the opportunity to:

• Assist the people of Helmes Latvia in everyday IT matters
• Advise Helmes people on the use of office IT solutions (printers, video conference solutions, etc)
• Support Helmes people in using internal systems and software in use (eg Microsoft etc)
• Create and manage user accounts
• Prepare user equipment and advise on use
• Communicate with our software and hardware partners (new orders, warranty, etc.)
• Prepare and update instructional materials
• Initiate projects that help the people of Helmes do their job better

Requirements

• The desire to do your best on a daily basis to ensure that the people of Helmes are supported in IT matters
• Previous work or some other experience with computers, printers etc.
• Willingness and courage to acquire new skills and knowledge
• Ability to work both in a team and independently (to work with remote team)
• Very good knowledge of Latvian and English both orally and in writing
• Working mostly at the office

We value if you have the following experience with:

• Microsoft software (Windows operating system, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams)
• Office equipment (printers, video conferencing equipment)
• Communicating with suppliers
• Previous experience in customer service
