Now we are expanding in Latvia and searching for pioneers to set-up new Central Business Process Control Center. We are searching for Control Center specialist with high sense of responsibility and punktuality.

• Monitoring business critical process and Configuring intelligent alerts;
• Identify issues or symptoms before they reach out to customers;
• Execute procedures on scheduled basis

Requirements

• Analytical mindset and open for team work;
• Fluent English is a must (Russian as an advantage)
• Capable of reading technical documentation.
• Willingness to learn about trading processes and used IT technologies.
• Is ready to work in night shifts

As an advantage:

• Atlassian products (JIRA, Confulence), PostgreSQL, Elk stack (Elastic search).
• Experience in Call center, Helpdesk support.
• Trading processes and financial instruments.
