Bzzz, the story of CityBee, a shared mobility company, started back in 2012 in Lithuania. After 9 years, we have become a leading car-sharing company in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Today we operate in 3 countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. CityBee has over 2 thousand vehicles (including passenger and cargo cars) in its fleet and more than 750 thousand users. Our main goal is to simplify everyday life by offering innovative urban mobility, in this way reducing urban congestion and CO2 emissions. Thanks to CityBee services, there are up to 15 thousand less cars in the streets and parking lots since one shared car replaces 12 privately owned cars! CityBee Latvia is looking for Head of Fleet. You will be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operations of the whole CityBee vehicle fleet in Latvia

What you'll be doing:

• Planning, managing and directing our car fleet operations;
• Coordinating all vehicle repairs with our service providers;
• Sourcing new service partners and developing relationships with them;
• Scheduling regular and ad-hoc vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency;
• Managing and leading the local Fleet team to ensure engaged, skilled and high-performing workforce;
• Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency;
• Finding ways to reduce costs and maximize profits;

Requirements

To be our perfect fit we expect you to be:

• Experienced in the automotive industry;
• Good understanding of car repair processes;
• Outstanding organizational and team management skills;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Be fluent in Latvian and English, Russian would be a big bonus;
• Have a valid driver‘s license;
• Have a hustle spirit continuously look for and implement non-standard solutions;
• Have less BLAH BLAH more DO approach;

Salary:

Starting from 1900 EUR (gross) + Citybee benefit package
