Now we're looking to recruit a Business Analyst on a full time basis to join or our Reconciliations Team and who will be responsible for, amongst others:
- Liaising with external counterparties to get all necessary reports for data extraction
- Analyse the operational data and work on improving the reconciliation system, describe requirements in detail to the IT team (documenting what to expect from the system, where to extract the data from etc.)
- Monitor improvements and report to IT if there are bugs or other faults
- Optimisation of technical requirements for the IT team - how are processes working and how could be improved
- Working on Automating processes together with technical external and internal partners
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as Business Analyst, System analyst, or tech writer roles
- Experience and knowledge of SQL
- Python scripting is preferred
- Knowledge of business analysis activities and software development processes
- Excellent data modelling and process description skills
- Good communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels
- Fluent English - both verbal and written
Considered as an advantage:
- Understanding of Global Markets and financial instruments
- Understanding of reconciliation process will be a strong plus
- The financial or mathematical background
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and scripting languages
