We are growing our international operations in Europe and Asia and therefore looking for an established Regulatory Reporting Specialist.

Reporting line: Head of Brokerage
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of regulatory reports
- Preparation/analysis of regular trades/positions reports (Large trade reports, MiFIR Transaction reports, EMIR reports)
- Preparation/analysis of CRS/FATCA reports
- Preparation/analysis of US Qualified Intermediary reports
- Collaboration with various departments/counterparties to build a reporting process
- Daily cash and position reconciliation
- Trade break monitoring
Requirements
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of derivative products and their record keeping
- Deep knowledge of cash-settled products and their record-keeping
- Knowledge about filing large trader and OCR reports for US derivatives exchanges and the CFTC
- Good analytical skills
- Good general awareness of trade reporting obligations for investment firms
- 2-3 years experience in a position related to derivatives trading/derivatives record keeping, securities settlements, reconciliation process.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data
- Ability to find inconsistencies in analyzed data
- Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros)
