A Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the translation orders from direct customers according to the customer requirements and company standards

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and allocate jobs and control workflow of translation projects of world leading manufacturers
• Deliver projects according to customer requirements and agreed methodology
• Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (quality, productivity, profitability)
• Perform Quality Assurance checks to translated texts according to customer requirements and agreed standards
• Manage client relationships

Requirements

• Fluent English language

• Excellent knowledge of commonly used computer desktop applications and services

• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new programs and tools
• Experience in projects coordination would be an advantage

• Motivation and flexibility in order to meet tight deadlines and organize heavy workloads

• Stress resistance

• Solution-oriented attitude and initiative

• Good communication skills
