Main responsibilities:

• Market research, create product concepts;
• Create sales forecasts and development budgets;
• Create project time plan amp; control execution;
• Source packaging and develop packaging design;
• Manage formula development and tests;
• Manage marketing material development.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in project management;
• Problem solving skills and analytical thinking;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts;
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Interest in cosmetics.
