We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic Product amp; Banking Relationship team. The position is open in our Riga office, and the chosen candidate will report to the Product amp; Banking Relationship Director.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with developing payment and banking product strategy and translate it into use cases, requirements and roadmaps
- Manage payment and banking product pipeline
- Lead payment and banking product development projects, capitalising on cross-functional cooperation
- Ensure alignment with existing payment solutions and particular client requirements.
- Be responsible for project documentation and approvals
- Act as an intermediary between business needs and technological output. Collaborate with the IT Team to ensure efficient integration
- Standard product pricing (tariffs) for all products, both new and existing:
- Develop/update description of:
- ommission categories/types;
- Tariff frameworks;
- Standard client offers;
- Develop and update product documentation:
- For internal purposes of CJ, including new employees induction;
- Marketing collateral, including intended for publishing on the CJ official web-site;
- Including contributing to development, review and update of API documentation;
- Develop terms of references for the automation of commission calculation;
- Present new payment solutions products and features to colleagues and management
- Build the payment amp; banking product knowledge base, be the go-to product expert for internal teams.
- Educate and consult internal staff on new payment solutions, product developments and features.
- Consulting colleagues on product-related issues:
- Advising the CEO and senior management on pricing (tariff) issues;
- Advising Business Development Managers, Client Relationship Managers and Sales Engineers during development of individual client solutions;
- Consulting colleagues on characteristics of products, as well as payment schemes, payment routes and timing, etc.;
- Informing colleagues on current status of product projects, other product related issues.
- CJ software improvement:
- Develop proposals for improvements in functionality of the company proprietary software (gate7, bank7, web-applications and others);
- Develop suggestions to enhance company CRM software, accounting software, BA tool, etc.
- Can be requested by the department head to temporary perform additional duties or execute additional projects falling within the scope of the department responsibility area.
Requirements

- Established experience and skills in a similar capacity in the banking/fintech/payments space
- Experience with domestic and cross-border payments systems, e.g. SEPA, FPS, CHAPS, SWIFT, ACH, etc.
- Extensive experience in a project manager role
- General knowledge of agile product development
- Experience in crypto/blockchain space is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Russian is beneficial
- Can-do attitude to make a positive contribution to the company
- Perfect English, both spoken and written;
