We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team. The position will be based in our Riga office and the selected candidate will report directly to the Head of Financial Operations and Accounting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Daily processing of bank statements data:
- Input the data from bank statements into CJ software;
- Reconciliation;
- Filling in the the relevant reports ;
- Process the outgoing and incoming payments in the working platform and payment providers platforms;
- Process fx trades and settlements;
- Fulfil all kinds of payments investigation;
- CJ services and software improvement:
- Develop proposals for improvements in company services (products, solutions);
- Develop proposals for improvements in functionality of the company proprietary software;
Reporting to the Head of Financial Operations and Accounting
Requirements

- Ability to effectively present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Prior experience in a Fintech company would be advantageous.
- Enjoy Excel modelling and reporting
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly and efficiently retrieve and research necessary information for job tasks.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both verbally and in written form;
- Having practical experience in Swift messaging, including knowledge of MT/MX formats, will be highly advantageous.
