Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include
- Cultivating client relationships: consistently consulting both clients and candidates to ensure their recruitment needs are fulfilled
- Overseeing projects by assessing requirements and delivering appropriate solutions
- Engaging with candidates: screening resumes, communicating, interviewing to assess their suitability for positions
- Utilizing job boards, internal database and social media to find high-quality professionals
- Generating fresh business opportunities through proactive business development efforts
- Negotiating terms and conditions, salary and consulting rates
Requirements

- Fluent English language skills (C1, C2)
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to connect research findings with actionable business goals
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions in complex situations
- Strong core technical business analysis skillset
- Analytical thinking, solution oriented and flexible personality with experience in communication with management of different levels
- A positive can-do mindset
- A confident and outgoing personality with a passion for networking and engaging with different people
