We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team in our Riga office; reporting to the Head of Treasury.
What you’ll be doing:
- Contribute to a day-to-day treasury routine, including:
- Monitoring of Treasury KPIs and early warning indicators;
- Maintaining liquidity on accounts across a wide network of the Company’s banking partners;
- Support daily FX operations;
- Instruct transactions in line with safeguarding arrangements;
- Be an active participant in new product development;
- Take ownership of treasury projects;
- Communicate with counterparties on treasury-related issues and enquiries;
- Identify potential issues before they arise and resolve them in a timely manner;
- Be a helping hand to the other teams, dealing with queries related to treasury and payments stuff.
Requirements

- Understand the concept of treasury risk management;
- Know the difference between Chips, Chaps and Target2;
- Enjoy Excel modelling and reporting;
- Able to quickly and efficiently find or research the information you need to perform your job;
- Detail-oriented mindset;
- Keen to learn ask questions instead of making mistakes;
- Perfect English, both spoken and written;
- Practical experience in Swift messaging (knowledge of MT/MX formats) is considered a great advantage.
