WHAT WE DO
We are set up to provide our customers with end-to-end support in the process of developing software solutions:
- Business need analysis, design of functional and non-functional requirements, system analysis, support for business transformation and IT/business consultancy;
- User interface and experience design and development for mobile and desktop applications;
- Front and back-end development in a wide range of technologies: Java, .NET, Ruby, GoLang, Oracle, Python.
- Complete Data Warehouse solutions from architecture, design and implementation using mainly Vertica, Oracle and Microsoft platforms.
- Avalanche has been the central counterparty for multiple major banking projects in the Scandinavia and Baltics, in areas such as lending automation, regulatory reporting and calculations, integrations, governance, risk and compliance, Basel II/III, Stress Testing, AML/KYC.

DO YOU HAVE
Experience with business requirements, data analysis, and data quality
Experience working with SAP business intelligence reporting tools
Banking domain experience, incl. regulatory reporting - "AnaCredit"
Experience in schema architecture, SQL query creation, ETL, data integration, dimensional modeling, and service management in BI platforms
Ability to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
Experience of working in agile and/or scaled agile framework and understanding of scrum methodologies
Good communication, presentation, collaboration skills combined with financial business
Fluent English and Latvian language skills
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work with stakeholders from Banking business areaas a representative of the Client's Group BI
Hold business requirements and specifications interviews with business stakeholders and other area experts to determine acceptable solutions
Design business acceptance testing
Read SQL and consult software engineers on the expected BI solutions

Salary offered for this position ranges from 3500 to 4000 gross (if you are to be employed in Latvia)
