Job Description

The client of Eligo Partners is a distributor of beauty and cosmetic products operating in Europe, representing over 200 A-level brands with exclusive rights. The company invites an experienced and motivated Head of Sales for Latvia to join the Baltic region team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the Latvian market.
  • Define sales goals and ensure fulfilment and a high-quality forecast.
  • Analyze local market data, trends, competitors, and consumer research, as well as distribution channels.
  • Sales team management and development.
  • Help the sales team to introduce brands to the Latvian market.
  • Preparation and presentation of sales reports.
  • Management of warehouse balances (trade turnover)/ Maintaining product quantities.
  • Take full responsibility for the unit’s performance against targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven sales experience in the Retail industry (the beauty industry would be an advantage), working with B2B clients.
  • Familiarity with the industry-specific challenges, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong leadership skills (min 4-5 people Team).
  • Track record of delivery results.
  • MS Office skills knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking, ability to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • EN (B2-C1), LV fluent, RU advantage.
  • A well-organized person with a CAN-DO attitude

    The salary range for this position is between 3000 3500 EUR netto.
