We are looking to hire the Assistant to the Tranasaction Monitoring Officer based in Riga, Latvia.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring clients’ transactions such as transfers, deposits and withdrawals
- Assisting AML officers in other AML/CTF responsibilities including CDD, PEP and Sanctions reviews
- Review and update of required documents and associated information in order to meet regulatory requirements and internal policies/regulations
- Ensure that information is transmitted and available in a timely and accurate manner
- Supporting the team with the additional ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Education in legal, business, management, or accountancy (can be the student)
- Experience in AML/KYC is considered as an advantage
- Fluency in English and Russian languages (any additional language is considered as an advantage)
- Ability to multitask and manage the deadlines
- Outside of the box thinking and willingness to improve efficiency/ process flows
- Proactivity, adaptability, and self-motivation is a must
- Accountability for assigned tasks and projects
