• Assist clients at all stages of cooperation (onboarding, integration, live)
• Ensure clients are compliant
• Prepare accurate and detailed packages of documents for timely submission
• Maintain and update an up-to-date client database
• Engage in professional B2B communication with clients
• Resolve client issues and address complaints promptly and professionally to build trust
• Collaborate effectively with other departments within the company to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Experience working with B2B business models in the fintech/e-commerce sector is an essential
• Experience in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong capabilities to work in a team environment and independently
• Good cooperation and communication skills, the ability to persuade and express your opinion
• A positive, determined attitude and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of English, Russian, and Latvian languages - you will communicate with the client both verbally and in writing
