Kinetics is growing and we are looking for a Head of Purchase.

Responsibilities:

• Source new suppliers, build excellent relationships;
• Make purchasing decisions;
• Negotiate commercial conditions;
• Control inventory levels, improve rotation, identify slow stock risks;
• Manage, coach and motivate the purchasing team.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years in management position for supply chain or sales job;
• Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong leadership skills, experience in team management;
• Critical thinking as a daily habit;
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
