We are looking for Logistics Specialist (Import)

Your responsibilities will include

• Ensure timely shipping of goods by sea, land, train and combined
• On Time Delivery (OTD) metrics and achievement for all international shipments
• Create and update as necessary all import transportation requirements for the Purchasing tea
• Prepare, control and hand-over transportation and import documentation
• Coordinate and maintain communication with external vendors and carriers
• Monitor and optimize transportation costs

Requirements

• Analytical mind and problem solving skills
• Experience in International transportation and logistics
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Latvian; both oral and written
• Experience with ERP Systems
