Position: Operations excellence lead/Sales department
Location: EU/Russia
Reporting to: Head of Global Sales
Job description:
This position will own and develop processes in Sales department ensuring the increase in process efficiency and sustainability (KPIs: 100% uninterruptedness, indirect gross process timing decrease, nr of positive feedback).
Requirements
1) Was developing and implementing efficient sustainable processes
2) Experienced in multi-process book creation and crossdepartmental processes implementation
3) Excellent analytical skills
4) Excellent self organization skills, can manage it on-time and in quality
5) Excellent project management skills, usage of multiple PM techniques
6) Small team (1-4 subordinates) management skills
7) Computer literacy and ability to learn new techniques
8) Knowledge of lean process mgmt
9) Stong experience with IT-development related projects
Past experience (5+ years) in related functions in organizations:
1) Fintech amp; IT area
2) Standard organizations like Bureau Veritas, Lloyds etc, audit companies
3) Manufacturing companies with lean process management requirements
Soft skills:
Data-driven digger, team player, commitment to build efficiency, good communication sufficient to coordinate stakeholders within a project and manage the team, result oriented, perfectionist.
