Project Manager and Business analyst
EXANTE, Latvia

Key role: Manage and coordinate project executions and delivery within Business operations department.

Detailed tasks:

• Project stakeholder management aligning detailed project requirements with parties outside Business operations department
• Preparing project implementation plan needed resources, time and cost
• Validating project plan with stakeholders
• Preparing specifications if project resources outside of BO are required
• Coordinating project execution / implementation within BO team
• Communicating and documentating project life cycle, including any scope changes, delays or overrun
• Project completion and handover
• Assessment of stakeholder's satisfaction during the course of the project and post implementation

Requirements

Experience and knowledge in the following areas:

• Project management
• Business analysis and requirements
• Workflow and process design
• Data model
• Agile
• Software engineering will be a plus
• UX/CX design will be a plus

Language:

• Must - English: Fluent
• As a advantage - Russian, Latvian
