Finance Associate

Mediapark Latvia and CIVITTA Latvia are looking for a FINANCE ASSOCIATE!

You would be working closely with the Group holding (Mediapark and Civitta) finance team and responsible for all finance operations in Latvia, starting from managerial accounting and company results reporting, ending with cash flow control, and payroll calculation.

What will you be doing?

• Provide assistance with payroll administration
• Update financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data
• Company results in analysis and reporting to the management
• Managerial accounting control using an internal ERP system
• Communication with the outsourced accounting company
• Bank operations and salary payments, cash flow control
• Support in the internal and external audit process
• Carry out administrative and recording procedures in accordance with national laws and regulations
• Monitor and organize the day-to-day work of the office, in line with the internal policies of the company

Requirements

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor's degree (could be final-year student) in finance or a related subject
• Good MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and accept every challenge with a bold and "hands-on" attitude
• 1-2 years of related experience is valued but not a must

The salary for this position ranges from EUR 1400 to 1800 gross and depends on your previous experience.
