Bzzz, the story of CityBee, a shared mobility company, started back in 2012 in Lithuania. After 8 years, we have become a leading car-sharing company in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Today we operate in 3 countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. CityBee has over 2 thousand vehicles (including passenger and cargo cars) in its fleet and more than 750 thousand users. Our main goal is to simplify everyday life by offering innovative urban mobility, in this way reducing urban congestion and CO2 emissions. Thanks to CityBee services, there are up to 15 thousand less cars in the streets and parking lots since one shared car replaces 12 privately owned cars! CityBee Latvia Marketing Manager is driving brand awareness in the market by initiating and launching marketing activities from partnerships with local brands, to social media campaigns or absolutely exceptional, bold guerilla marketing projects. The green old-school LADA, huge Teddy Bears in the cars or a map of unseen Latvia - that’s what we mean by marketing.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and executing CityBee communication on its social media channels, from funny memes on Facebook or gorgeous photography on Instagram to the interesting to read quality content on LinkedIn;
- Handling partnership campaigns with various other brands, companies, influencers;
- Initiating and coordinating photoshoot and video or other creative material which represents CityBee;
- Evaluating the performance of various communication channels from digital to the radio, thinking of new fresh ways to communicate CityBee products;
- Planning and overseeing CityBee press releases and public relations in general;
- CityBee web, newsletter, in-app notifications, you are the one to rule them all;
- Leading company’s social responsibility strategy and campaigns;
- Come up with crazy out of the box marketing campaigns;
Requirements
To be our perfect fit we expect you to be:
- An energetic marketer with 2-4 years of experience in consumer marketing;
- Excellent communicator and able to tell a story and match the message to the medium in both English and Latvian. Russian language is a plus!
- Experienced in managing Social Media, know the best practices for all common channels and up to date with newest trends;
- Great collaborator and you make long-lasting relationships via networking and social interactions;
- Creative-minded, bold and excited for crazy projects and ridiculous challenges (no time to be shy while you do marketing for CityBee!);
- Not going into a panic mode when need to analyze some numbers and data to make calculated marketing decisions;
- Have from ZERO to HERO project management approach;
- Truly think outside the box, find innovative methods and solutions because working smart gt; working hard;

Salary:
Starting from 1680 EUR (gross) + Citybee benefit package
