Now we're looking to recruit a Process Analyst on a full time, permanent basis to join the existing international team.

Actual Job Tasks:
Current reconciliation process analysis, improvement, and automation suggestionIdentifying the operational issues and provide solutions accordinglyEnsure quality control of the reconciliation processes Onboarding, clarification, description of new reconciliations processesDescription, clarification of onboarded CP setupsWork as a bridge between reconciliation specialists and business analysts Skillset amp; Knowledge requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or similar.
- Good understanding of the Financial markets (stock, bond, forex, and derivatives markets in particular) - MUST
- Experience in position keeping, reconciliation, and settlement of financial instruments
- Experience of participation in the back-office system implementation project
- Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes - MUST
- Experience in defining requirements for software solutions
- Suggest process improvements (aiming for full automation and STP)
- Ability to work with and analyse large sets of data, capable to prioritize and convert vision into actionable plans
- Maintenance of effective quality business processes documentation
