About the JobA Junior Key Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the translation orders from direct customers according to the customer requirements and Company standards. You will be reporting to the Global Account Manager, who is based in Sweden and you will be working closely together with the Key Account Management and Sales team from Acolad Sweden and Finland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and allocate jobs and control workflow of translation projects of local Swedish customers and world leading manufacturers
- Deliver projects according to customer requirements and agreed methodology
- Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (quality, productivity, profitability)
- Perform Quality Assurance checks to translated texts according to customer requirements and agreed standards
Requirements
- Near native-level Swedish language and fluent English language
- Excellent knowledge of commonly used computer desktop applications and services
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new programs and tools
- Experience in projects coordination would be an advantage
- Motivation and flexibility in order to meet tight deadlines and organize heavy workloads
- Stress resistance
- Solution-oriented attitude and initiative
- Good communication skills
