We have a new opportunity for a Banking Operations Specialist to join our financial operations team in Riga.

The company’s multinational team consists of more than 60 fintech professionals across 5 countries.
What you'll do
- Execute transactions upon requests of our corporate clients
- Manage e-records and paperwork, prepare reports
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
- Backup other operations specialists
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments of Clear Junction
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the banking / financial industry
- FX experience isn't required but would be beneficial
- Maths-savvy
- Organized, methodical, and motivated
- Positive and confident personality
- Solid communicator with good English
