Sales and operations planning analyst

Kinetics Nail Systems is an international cosmetic manufacturer. We export our products to more than 40 countries. Our Private label division is growing and we are hiring Sales and operations planning analyst.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and processing incoming customer orders;
• Negotiating order production scenarios and organizing order dispatch;
• Building strong customer relationships;
• Tracking and resolving customer complaints;

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, planning or similar position.
• Strong logical, analytical and planning skills;
• Advanced computer skills (MS Excel pro and ERP systems);
• Good English skills in written and verbal.
