Due to growth, we have a new opportunity for a Complaints and Payment Investigations Manager to join our team in Riga.

What you will do:
- Handle customer complaints
- Process disputed transactions and SWIFT requests
- Communicate with 3rd parties, collaborate with other departments of Clear Junction
- Accrue commissions related to complaints, disputed transactions and SWIFTs
- Manage e-records and paperwork, prepare reports
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the banking / financial industry
- Experience with complaints, disputed transactions and/or SWIFTs
- Organized, methodical, and motivated
- Positive and confident personality
- Solid communicator with good English
