What you’ll be doing
This is a full-time, on-site position in Riga, Latvia. Tradelink+ is a Kronospan-owned merchant channel and partner distributor based in Riga. The role focuses on growing and maintaining B2B flooring merchant relationships. The company produces and distributes wood products used in furniture, flooring, timber-framed houses, building facades, and construction.

- Manage and grow relationships with B2B flooring merchant accounts, including wholesalers, cash & carry, specialist flooring and builder's merchants, and online distributors.
- Own the full commercial relationship with existing flooring merchant partners, including pricing discussions and order support.

- Proven experience in B2B flooring merchant sales or account management, ideally with wood-based flooring products or panels.
- Hands-on experience working with flooring merchants, including specialist flooring, builder's merchants, wholesale, or cash & carry.
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of merchant and distribution business models in the flooring sector.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
