About the Role
We’re hiring a responsive and detail-oriented team member to coordinate client support and bus supplier management. You’ll be handling global bus rental inquiries, preparing offers, and ensuring smooth communication from first email to final booking.
Your Main Responsibilities
Respond to client emails quickly and professionally
Prepare structured proposals and invoices
Research and contact local bus suppliers based on client needs
Ensure seamless service from inquiry to booking

Requirements & Skills
Your Profile
Based in Latin America (preferred for time zone alignment)
Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages are a strong plus
Excellent written communication and client service skills
Strong online research abilities and high attention to detail
Able to start immediately
Experience in invoicing, client coordination, or travel logistics is a bonus
