As a Shop Specialist, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail setting. You’ll be specialized in a specific functional area, using your knowledge to assure high visual standards and optimal stock levels, by replenishing merchandise as needed.
Respects and understands others and displays multi-cultural awareness. Passionate about guest experience and the hospitality/retail industry. Able to stay calm and perform well in busy and stressful situations in a constantly changing retail environment. Able to retain a high volume of information to answer questions about all products. Leads by example of having a positive attitude.

• At least 1 – year experience in retail; luxury guest experience is of interest.
• You have a B2 spoken level of English, the knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You have good communication skills, and you are a curious, organized person
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to travel and work onboard for extended periods
