As a Logistics Specialist at Eligens, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing our logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient customs clearance, and managing packaging and shipping processes via Latvian Post. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills
- Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Manage customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
- Liaise with customs officials, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth import/export activities.
- Prepare and review documentation related to customs clearance and shipments.
- Oversee packaging and shipping processes, ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and timely dispatch of goods.
- Utilize Latvian Post services for sending packages, ensuring cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and customs documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments and customs clearance.
